Who We Are
DANI-151 is a Bulgarian manufacturer of high-precision mechanical and technical components with over 30 years of manufacturing experience. Founded in 1996 in the city of Stara Zagora, the company began its activity with the production of spare parts for the automotive industry. Today we are an established manufacturer of various turned and milled parts, tailored to the individual requirements and needs of our clients from various industrial sectors.

SWISS TYPE MACHINING
High-Precision Machining for Complex Components

We specialize in the manufacture of high-precision components using Swiss Type CNC Turning—one of the world's most advanced machining technologies for small, complex parts requiring exceptional accuracy, surface finish, and repeatability.
Our production facility is equipped with modern Swiss Type CNC lathes capable of machining components with diameters ranging from Ø2 mm to Ø62 mm. Featuring dual spindles and eight CNC-controlled axes, these machines perform multiple machining operations within a single setup (Done-in-One Machining).
By completing turning, milling, drilling, threading, and other operations in one continuous process, we eliminate secondary setups, reduce production time, and achieve outstanding dimensional accuracy, superior surface quality, and consistent repeatability throughout every production batch.

Selected machines are equipped with an advanced B-Axis Tool System, enabling continuous machining at multiple angles. This technology significantly expands our capability to manufacture highly complex components while increasing productivity, reducing cycle times, and ensuring exceptional machining quality.
