We manufacture plastic parts from various polymers, according to the client's specifications, by injection molding and mechanical processing. For the manufacture of parts by casting and injection molding, we manufacture the necessary equipment, injection molds and work tools. Depending on the size of the parts, we use injection molding machines of different volumes, all with CNC controls. Depending on the volume required for the part, we have machines with a maximum injection volume of up to 2.5 kg. The machines are the Engel, Arburg and Stork brands with maximum clamping forces of 150 tons, 50 tons and 450 tons respectively. We use various types of polymers: PA, PP, PC/ABS, PMMA/POM, PPO, HIPS, PSU, SAN, SB and others. We carry out quality control manually, visually using measuring instruments, templates, gauges and a profile projector.
