Metal products
We manufacture metal parts from aluminum, brass, bronze, steels, etc. through mechanical processing on CNC metalworking machines - lathes and milling machines with the ability to automatically feed the rod. In addition to conventional CNC lathes, we use modern Swiss-type lathes (Swiss-type machining), which are specially designed for the efficient production of precise small parts with the highest dimensional accuracy. We have mastered parts for which we use castings, forgings and plastic blanks. At the client's request, we perform heat treatment (volume and surface), cementation, nitriding and external coatings of the parts - priming, powder coating, galvanizing, nickel plating and oxidation. To determine the type of material, we have the technical ability for spectral analysis. We also offer surface coatings: priming, powder coating, galvanizing, nickel plating and oxidation, as well as heat treatments. We perform quality control of the manufactured parts manually with gauges, templates, end measures, measuring tools, micrometers, internal gauges, roughness meters, microscopes and profile projectors.
Rubber-metal parts
Rubber-metal parts are specialized products combining the elasticity of rubber with the strength of metal, produced by vulcanization. They are widely used in industry, automotive and household for sealing, vibration isolation and connection. We manufacture rubber-metal parts to order (according to drawing/sample) from various rubber mixtures (NBR, EPDM, SBR)
