Rubber and silicone products
For the production of rubber, rubber-metal and rubber-textile parts, including fluorine rubber and silicone rubber, we have a tooling workshop for pressing and injection molding. For the production of rubber parts, we are equipped with mixing rollers, extruders, hydraulic presses from 50 to 200 force and injection molding machines from Arburg, Desma and Maplan. To guarantee the quality and reliability of our products, we use European raw materials and materials from our proven partners, such as Kraiburg Germany, Kraiburg Bulgaria, Mesgo Italy, Momentive UK, Pergan. We also have experience in working with specific rubber mixtures, and we maintain a stock of MVQ and FKM silicone rubber. To help our customers, we provide an information Data Sheet for a precise selection of the base raw material. By producing tooling and fixtures, we guarantee speed and consistent quality of the parts. We also produce all the necessary parts for the assembly of the final product, including plates, studs, washers, bolts, nuts, axles, caps, pads and fittings. We perform the fine processing of the parts manually by grinding, trimming and low-temperature cleaning using a cryogenic machine with liquid nitrogen with automatic separation. We have our own containers for transporting nitrogen. We perform the control of the manufactured parts manually with measuring instruments, standards, gauges, hardness testers and through profile projectors from Mitutoyo. For incoming control of the raw materials used, we are equipped with a rheometer - Monsanto.
Rubber-metal parts
Rubber-metal parts are specialized products combining the elasticity of rubber with the strength of metal, produced by vulcanization. They are widely used in industry, automotive and household for sealing, vibration isolation and connection. We manufacture rubber-metal parts to order (according to drawing/sample) from various rubber mixtures (NBR, EPDM, SBR)
